Nkem Chukwuka | President

Nkem Chukwuka, who hails from Anambra State in Nigeria, is currently a medical student at the Heinrich Heine University, Düsseldorf. She has a burning passion to help people find happiness. In her spare time, Nkem learns French, explores new lands and cultures, reads novels and plays games.
Emmanuel Opeyemi | Vice President

Emmanuel Opeyemi Adebayo was born on the 10th of April in Lagos Nigeria. He attended the University of Cape Coast, Ghana Where he obtained a BSc in Psychology.

During his period of studies in Ghana, he served in various capacity and held several positions; they include Vice President of the Nigerian Student Association University of Cape Coast, Friend of UNHCR (United Nation High Commissioner for Refugee) where he served as the fund raising officer in the above organization.

He was also the National Director of Programs of the National Association of Nigeria Student in Ghana. He initiated and pioneered the Nigeria UCC Connect a platform where ideas are exchanged. He worked with the Rome Model United Nation Italy as an International Promoter and Nigeria Coordinator in 2012 and has participated in other Model United Nation Simulation programs.

In October 2015 he was selected by the UNDP IPC-IG (United Nation Development Program- International Policy Centre for Inclusive Growth) as an online Social Protection Ambassador and Coordinating Ambassador for Southern Africa Region.
He currently serves as the Vice President of NISIG NRW (Nigeria Scholars in Germany North Rhein Westphalia) and studying Masters of Art in Analysis and Design of Social Protection System at Bonn Rhien Sieg University of Applied Science in Germany.
Ozoemenam Kachi | Financial Secretary

Ozoemenam Onyekachi is a Student of University of Applied Sciences, Aachen, studying Biomedical Engineering, Msc. He is passionate about transparency and accountable leadership.

He is a Cofounder of OrthoEx (Nig) Ltd and currently the Financial Secretary of NiSIG (NRW).
Oladunni Talabi | Director of Socials

Oladunni Talabi completed her Master studies in National and Transnational Studies at the Westfälische Wilhelms Universität, Münster.

She is from Ondo state. Ola has strong passion for social justice and intersectional feminism.

She is a huge advocate for LGBTQ rights , as well as deconstructing gender norms.
Christopher Apeh | WebMaster

Christopher Apeh studied M.Sc Economics and M.A Management Information System at RUB Bochum and FH Soest respectively.

He currently work as a business IT support for Evonik. His professional area of focus are Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, IT Projects, Database Management etc.
Babajide Moibi | Technical Consultant

Babajide Mayowa Moibi is a Software Engineer who studied Computer Science at the TU Dortmund University. He moved to Germany in 2008 and has since then been residing in the European country. Babajide, who hails from Ijebu-Igbo in Ogun state but spent most of his life in Nigeria in Ibadan, Nigeria, is a programmer with passion. He worked as a student worker for his University in the software development section of the chair, Institute for Productions Systems (IPS) since June 2011 through out his studies at the university. He also was responsible for the network and system administration at the chair "Energy-efficient Building (EEB)" for 6 months in 2012.

He started working professionally immediately after his studies in 2013 for a Software company in Dortmund. Early 2016, he moved to Cologne due to a job offer at an American/German agency. At this agency, he is involved in the implementation of the mobile/web platform for one of the largest airlines in the world and largest in Germany. Apart from software development, Mayowa is also very much interested in website designs, which he does regularly in his leisure time. Currently, his personal project is the development of a software with the main aim of deploying it to the West-African market, to Nigeria for a start.

He is actively involved in supporting incoming international students at TU Dortmund University, helping them during the orientation phases in their first two weeks at the university. Babajide is an active member of the International Students Society (ISS), a group of (both German and international) students, which organizes different international activities to help establish contacts between national and internationals students.
